Milwaukee Reads presents a ticketed Women’s Speaker Series event with #1 New York Times bestselling author Jenna Blum, whose books include novels like Those Who Save Us, The Stormchasers, and The Lost Family and the memoir Woodrow on the Bench. Blum appears with her hilarious and eviscerating new novel, Murder Your Darlings. It’s a tale of love, loss, and deadlines that’s perfect for any woman who’s ever fallen for a bad man.
This event features a reception that begins at 7 pm, and Blum’s talk will begin at 7:30 pm. A signing will follow.
Tickets for this event cost $49 plus tax and ticket fee, and each ticket includes admission, light refreshments, and a copy of Murder Your Darlings.
Jenna Blum is CEO and Co-Founder of A Mighty Blaze and one of Oprah.com readers’ Top 30 Women Writers. Jenna earned her MA in Creative Writing at Boston University and has taught for Boston University, Grub Street Writers, and other institutions. She interviewed Holocaust survivors for Steven Spielberg’s Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation.
