Returning in 2026: Take-off for TWO trucks on Food Truck Friday!\nBack by popular demand and implementing feedback\, Waukesha County Airport/Crites Field will host THREE food trucks each Friday\, May 29th through September 4th from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm\, on the east side of the Terminal Building\, 2525 Aviation Drive. \nWaukesha County Airport will kickoff its first Food Truck Friday of the season on Friday\, May 29th\, 11 am-1:30 pm. This is a free-entry family-friendly event hosted outside the airport terminal building inside the Waukesha County Airport at 2525 Aviation Drive. First featured food trucks this season are Double B’s BBQ and Clean Cuisine and Rose Mob Grill. \nAttractions include food trucks\, airplanes\, listening to the air traffic control tower\, music and fundraising for local non-profit organizations. A portion of food truck sales will go to the non-profit organization of the day. Come support these organizations in our community and enjoy your favorite food truck eats while plane spotting. \nThey encourage take-out. DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a free summer concert on Fridays at Bands at the Beach! “Rock the Dock” with Buddy’s Beach Bungalow is back for 2026. Entertainment varies from rock to country music. All shows are family friendly. You can grab a refreshment at Buddy’s Beach Bungalow and grab a seat at the band shell\, in the grass or on the sand. \nThe shows begin at 7:00 pm. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to enjoy the concert. \nBuddy’s Beach Bungalow will be open for food and cold beverages. You may also bring your own refreshments into the park. The playground is open to children to play on\, but the beach is closed (no lifeguards). We love taking in the views of the beach and lake from the grassy area as we listen to the music of the band.
