In 1983 Badgerland entertained crowds on the waters of Lake Keesus and Lake Nagawicka. In 1984 we skied solely on Lake Keesus and continued on Lake Keesus until the resort was shut down in 1994. Through the years we were on and off other lakes. In 1985\, 1986\, 1987 our second site was on Silver Lake in Oconomowoc. Then in 1988 and 1989 we were back on the waters of Lake Nagawicka. \nIn 1990 we skied for the first time at Frame Park on the Fox River in Waukesha through 1991. In 1992\, Frame Park was renovated and we were not able to ski on the Fox River and we skied solely on Lake Keesus. In 1993 and 1994\, we again skied on the Fox River and Lake Keesus\, but this was the last time we were able to ski on beautiful Lake Keesus\, where the KeeWees started back in 1967. DESCRIPTION:Invite your friends and join in as they canoe\, kayak\, and paddle board to celebrate the great recreational activities our watershed offers at the twelfth annual watershed paddle event. This year everyone will explore the north end of North Lake and the three tributaries entering the east and west corners. \nContact Tall Pines Conservancy for more information\, 262-369-0500 \nAnnual Watershed Agenda\n\nEveryone will launch from Fowler Park beginning at 9 am. DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a free summer concert on Fridays at Bands at the Beach! “Rock the Dock” with Buddy’s Beach Bungalow is back for 2026. Entertainment varies from rock to country music. All shows are family friendly. You can grab a refreshment at Buddy’s Beach Bungalow and grab a seat at the band shell\, in the grass or on the sand. \nThe shows begin at 7:00 pm. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to enjoy the concert. \nBuddy’s Beach Bungalow will be open for food and cold beverages. You may also bring your own refreshments into the park. The playground is open to children to play on\, but the beach is closed (no lifeguards). We love taking in the views of the beach and lake from the grassy area as we listen to the music of the band. Parking in the lot is limited\, but street parking is available and a short distance from a walk downtown. \nThese events are NOT rain or shine. Initially coined as Farm Produce Days it was later renamed Oconomowoc Farmers’ Market. \nToday the mission of the Oconomowoc Summer Farmers’ Market is to provide opportunities for local farmers to sell their produce directly to consumers and provide the community with fresh\, local and healthy food; to provide a wholesome gathering place for people of all ages for education and socialization; to support local farmers; and to give promotional opportunities to Chamber members. \nMarket-goers can find a variety of goods including seasonal produce\, spices\, herbs\, soups\, handmade arts and crafts\, baked goods\, plants\, honey\, cheeses\, jams\, canned goods\, maple syrup\, breads\, and farm fresh eggs and meats.  A full list of farmers and vendors participating in the market will be published each year prior to the first day of market and this page will be updated weekly with a map of vendors attending in the current week.  Patrons of the market are encouraged to return every week to see what is new or to make a purchase from their favorite vendor!  Follow the market on Facebook and Instagram through the links above for more information. \nDue to the ready-to-eat products\, vendor products\, and other variables at the Oconomowoc Summer Farmers’ Market\, it is a pet-free venue\, thank you for understanding! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Oconomowoc Farmers Market is a pet-free venue.
