Old meets New, Kitchen remodel in the Historic Paine Lumber Building in Oshkosh, WI. on the Fox river.

When client friends came to me with their condo project in this historic building, I was thrilled to design and include the old historic beams in the space with the new contemporary look that my clients wanted. Utilizing the Dura Supreme contemporary line called Bria, I used a Horizontal Textured gray and white door style on the perimeter of the kitchen surrounding the island done in a charcoal maple vertical grain finish.

The island is a substantial statement in the kitchen, the multi tiered island with the arch back panel and several glass doors done in stainless steel added to the contemporary drama of the space.

The island lights up with several under counter lighting features to enhance the space for evening entertainment.  The soaring levels in this condo allow you to view the island from above with all its splendor.

This island is truly an entertaining dream for those that love to cook and have the company gather around at the same time.  The luxury vinyl plank floors help to bring in the rustic beams and set off the neutral color palette. With in heat flooring, the commercial textured LVP floors are perfect for the space and durable for this boating river front lifestyle. Please see entire pictures on my HOUZZ site.
