2nd Annual I Heart Tennis and Pickleball Tournament

We all know someone that has been affected by heart disease. Join us in this fight against the #1 leading cause of death by using your heart on the court! We hope you view this as an opportunity to make a difference while celebrating our LOVE of tennis and pickleball. Don’t miss out – space is limited!! This is for Men and Women and you will be playing doubles only. If you are unable to attend, you can still make a donation!
Cost: Each session is $50.00 (All proceeds donated to AHA)
New this year: To avoid state taxes, the ticket option requires you to enter an amount. Please enter $50.00 in the box next to whatever session(s) you are planning on playing in. If you would like to make a donation in addition to the entry fee, please use the ticket option that just says donation (no sport or time listed). For example, if you would like to play in the 1st pickleball session, you would go to “Pickleball Session 1 5:00-6:30 pm” ticket option and enter $50.00 in the amount space and if you wanted to make a additional $25.00 donation, you would enter $25.00 in the donation ticket amount box.

4:00 pm – Check-in and warm-up for 1st session of the Tournament (FYI-There will not be a warm-up time if you are only doing the 2nd session)
4 :30 – 5:00 pm – Group warm up for pickleball players and group warm-up for tennis players (This will be a “fun” warm up to get everyone moving)
5:00 – 6:30 pm – 1st Session of the Tennis (3.5-5.0 )and Pickleball Tournament (Beginner to Advanced)
6:00 pm (or earlier) – Check-in for 2nd session of the Tournament.
6 :30 – 8:00 pm – 2 nd Session of Tennis (3.5-5.0) and Pickleball Tournament (Beginner to Advanced)
8 :00 – 9:00 pm – Announcement of session winners (winners do not need to be present), raffle winners (winners do not need to be present) and social time
– Advanced Registration is required
-You can sign up for 2 sessions
– Non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to another player
– Prizes awarded to 1st place in each session of pickleball and tennis (4 winners in total)
– Sign-up is done individually. No partner needed. You will be moving up and down the courts and switching partners after timed rounds.
– Raffle tickets will be sold for cash or Venmo the night of the event for fabulous items (winners do not need to be present). There will also be a 50/50 raffle.
– Food will be provided once you are done playing. Each registrant will also receive a drink ticket. Additional drinks will be available for sale (all proceeds are donated).
