Want to see a play under the stars? Come see The Miracle Worker at SummerStage of Delafield.

About SummerStage of Delafield:

Our mission is to provide unique ways to present performing and visual arts experiences, arts educational experiences as well as unique community outreach programs. This will be accomplished by using multiple venues throughout the calendar year.

Our goal is to provide high quality theatrical, musical, family, and workshop events at reasonable prices.

About The Miracle Workder:

In Alabama, an illness renders infant Helen Keller blind, deaf, and mute. Pitied and badly spoiled by her parents, Helen is taught no discipline and grows into a wild, angry, tantrum-throwing child. Desperate, the Kellers hire Annie Sullivan to teach their daughter. After several fierce battles with Helen, Annie teaches Helen discipline and language through persistence, a double breakthrough that changes Helen’s life and has a direct effect on the lives of everyone in the family. Based on the inspiring true story.

Visit SummerStage’s idyllic outdoor stage within Lapham Peak for a night of theatre under the stars.

  • Parking: Since the stage is located within a Wisconsin State Forest, there is an entrance fee per vehicle. SummerStage patrons pay a reduced fee of just $5 per vehicle or it’s free if you have a Wisconsin State Park sticker. After you park, it’s a 300 yard walk from the parking lot to the stage area. This walk can be challenging for some of the patrons so they do have a golf cart that can take you right to the box office, or even to the seating area if needed.
