Tony Wendorf brings a unique combination of skills to his role as a top-ranking realtor
in Southeastern Wisconsin. After over eight years serving as a realtor at First Weber Real Estate, Wendorf recently transitioned his full team to Keller Williams Realty.

Wendorf and his associates now serve clients from their office in downtown Hartland next to Palmer Steakhouse, at 200 E. Capitol Drive. Wendorf stated that this recent move was inspired by “career growth and aligned core values, mission and vision.”

Wendorf said that he and his real estate team “were able to finish as the #1 team in the state of Wisconsin within First Weber before we made our transition to Keller Williams,” noting that this had been a goal of his entire team. 2025 marked another successful year for this already-exemplary group of real estate professionals; despite struggles in the market elsewhere, Tony Wendorf and his team increased their business by 18 percent.

“We are excited to partner with other high-performing teams which will help us set strategic vision and processes over the coming years,” he explained. Wendorf cited his nearly twenty years of work as a doctoral-level psychologist with providing him some of the essential tools needed to skillfully navigate a variety of interpersonal situations found in real estate transactions, offering both challenges and rewards. “I have a unique ability to guide buyers and sellers through challenging and emotional times,” he noted.

In addition to his work as a psychologist, Wendorf’s Christian faith remains central to his life pursuits and fundamental philosophy. “My guiding principle and true north is Jesus Christ. That has never and will never change,” Wendorf asserted.

At Keller Williams, Wendorf continues to pledge to offer the highest quality real estate services to each client, helping all to navigate the process of buying or selling a home with ease and success. “We aspire to continue to provide a white-glove experience to all our trusted clients [and] their referrals, and truly to be a good steward and resource to our community. We stand steady in our core values of faith, family, friends, service and intentional generosity,” he said.

Wendorf noted that he and his team “are excited to provide a positive energy” to the Keller Williams office and company. “We aspire to continue to grow our business at an exponential rate over the coming decade. We believe partnering with an organization that has demonstrated excellence in this area will only help us in our pursuit of our goals,” Wendorf explained.

For Wendorf, this attention to creating an enduring positive impact eWendorf is passionate about offering each client “a true red-carpet experience.” He noted that he wants “to create raving fans and always go a step beyond what they would ever expect from us.” For Wendorf, this attention to creating an enduring positive impact extends throughout the scope of his career, starting with an individual, couple, or family and expanding out into the larger community.

“This is about so much more than just buying or selling a home,” Wendorf explained. “This is about a team who leads with intentional generosity in our community every chance we get. Faith, family, friends, service and intentional generosity are far more than just five values on paper, but something we strive to live out on a daily basis. We believe that Keller Williams aligns nicely with these goals.”

For Tony Wendorf, his real estate career seamlessly integrates his core personal values and beliefs, allowing him to serve as an agent of positive change throughout the community. He summarized his commitment to upholding this philosophy through his recent career move, joining the Keller Williams team: “We are blessed. It is my hope to continue to make a positive impact within our community. The more people who trust us to guide them through this process, the greater impact we can have in our community.
